We will normally send your first disc within two working days of signing up, and all of your disc entitlement within three working days. After this we will aim to send out each disc within one working day of receiving the previous one. Our offices are not open on the weekends, so if you sign up late on a Friday or over the weekend then we will not be able to send your first disc until Monday. Discs should normally arrive with you one or two days after we send them. Please note that Royal Mail does not deliver on Saturday afternoons or Sundays. Although we pay for first class delivery when sending discs, we ask that you allow up to 4 working days (from the day we dispatch them) to allow for delays within the Royal Mail system that we have no control over. This can also mean that discs sent to you on the same day do not always arrive together. If a disc has not arrived with you after 4 working days then please let us know using the Report a Problem tool on your rentals page.
