Hello still in Cuba, has Capitalistic greed cost the working class their livelihood by outsourcing their jobs?
Capitalistic greed didn’t cause the jobs to be outsourced. The govt. needs to keep in mind that if they increase taxes or make it more expensive to do business (health care bill) here in the US, then they will be forced to move overseas. Global trade is here to stay and the US has to find a way to be more competitive with other countries – we can’t live in a bubble. We also can’t ask our workers to accept low wages like China’s workers, but something needs to be done.
Yeah… “Greed” is causing jobs to be outsourced… It has nothing to do with the countless regulations on businesses, or the highest corporate tax rates in the world, or the minimum wage, or the economic policies of the Fed, or the fiscal policies of the government. Get real. Take it from a real Cuban-American. You have absolutely ZERO understanding of freedom, economics, or reality. The “greed” that you speak of is a characteristic of government officials who raise taxes without producing anything, concoct regulations that inhibit entrepreneurs from breaking into the market, and use their power like a weapon against anyone who does not donate money to their campaigns. That is what greed is. Capitalists cannot force you to buy anything they are selling. You have to agree to give them your money in exchange for a product. On the other hand, government does force you to give them your money in the form of tax dollars. If you refuse, they lock you up in prison.
