Head Gasket Blew…Is this normal after incessant sensor problems?
Lemon laws are by area, you need to seek the DMVs assistance on this one. Since the dealer has been paying for all these problems, to me, he has created a situation that he still needs to pay for. I had the same type of problem, in the end, the major repair wasn’t done on his dime, I had to drop the car off, and throw the keys at him. He even lent me a car during all the down times, which started from the day I took it home and the next day it let me get 60 miles from home and had to be towed to him. I got a bad hit on my credit for one payment, he waved wanting the last 4, I only had 6 payments, it was a junker. I took the loss and moved on. You need specific to your city/counties laws. Id make a list, and list all the times it broke, what was done, how long you were without the car. Take this to the dealer and ask them to fix the head gasket, you may of been lied to all this time, and it could of been bad all this time, since you were going to the dealership, they certainly could of
