of course he cares because yall are friends but if he tries to make a move and act more than friends then he does want you unless if he really wants to get in your pants and thats about it. you should confront him and talk to him bout how he feels bout you and tell him straight up how you feel bout him.
Just because somebody flirts with you doesn’t mean they like you, just because somebody likes you doesn’t mean they want to go out with you, just because somebody wants to go out with you doesn’t mean they love you, just beause somebody loves you doesn’t mean they won’t hurt you. Because people lie, things change, boyfriends cheat, bestfriends ditch, and there is always going to be people who would kill to see you fall.
