Having Problems with QUOTA REQUEST FORM?
If you’re having problems opening the Quota Request or Quota Cancellation Form, please have your ADP personnel perform the following steps: Go into the “Internet Options” (usually found under “Tools” or “View” depending on what version of Internet Explorer you’re using). Once in “Internet Options”, select the “Advanced” tab. Then select the “Restore Defaults” button, which is located below the “Settings” window. Once this is done select “Apply” then “OK”. Restart your computer at this time. The Quota Request or Quota Cancellation Form should work. Basically you are resetting the default options for how the browser views a page.
