Having problems viewing Flash video through a Firewall?

0

You may have Firewall software or hardware that will block video. Some personal Firewalls will ask you if you want to allow the Flash Player to access the internet, answer yes if it does this. If it does not ask you and you don’t see any video, check the documentation that came with your Firewall (or the manufacturers website) to see how to configure your Firewall in order to see Flash video – you will need to open port 1935. Some corporate networks and Internet Service Providers block video transmissions by use of a Firewall. If you cannot see video (even though your system meets the system requirements in help topic 1 [System requirements] above), you may want to contact your Internet Service Provider or network administrator to see whether a security firewall is blocking video transmission.
