Hypnosis is a relaxed, naturally occurring state of mind which we enter every day. You may have entered this trance-like state when driving along a familiar route or watching television. Suddenly you snap back to the present moment and realise you’ve been on autopilot for the last few minutes. Hypnotherapy uses techniques to deepen this relaxed state.
