Other cities may have decided against the continuation of a photo enforcement program. Colorado Springs is starting small, focusing on just four intersection approaches in order to test the program’s viability before expanding the program. Continuous monitoring of program effects, costs and benefits will help us determine the long-term future of photo enforcement in Colorado Springs.
