Have you noticed how Constitutional Monarchy is by far the best system of government?
In some ways I do agree the system in the UK has served us well for hundreds of years, although technically we have only been a constitutional monarchy for around 300 years. (Sir Robert Walpole being the first British PM and so the separation of head of state and head of government began) The entire royal family cost each tax payer less than the price of a loaf of bread last year – a bargain really. Although I must agree about Prince Edward. The Queen had the heir, the spare and the daughter so why Edward? What exactly does he do? Also when Bush visited the UK he came with his 6″ thick armour plated car, two days after the 7/7 bombings in London the Queen went down the mall in an open-toped land rover.
