I am currently taking pseudoephedrine, 2 x 30mg tabs every 6 hours, for exactly the same sinus problem. I take 2 with breakfast and I’m wired all day. Any more than that and it’s goodbye to a good night’s sleep. I can imagine regular use would star to cause nervous issues. Handle with care!
