Have you ever been to Cabo Frio or Búzios in Rio de Janeiro (Brazil)?
I agree with you friend but not only this cities, the hole country is amazing, but yes, Rio de Janeiro is amazing, that place have everything, these naturals beauties but also a wonderful nightlife, welcoming people, good tours, very cool sports. I was there last year and i bought a thousands tours, because dollar is double value of local money so, i really enjoyed.
