Have women sacrificed their dignity with new fashion trends?
If the woman is doing it exclusively to attract male attention, or because she thinks her body is the only thing worthwhile about her, that’s a problem. However, I don’t think there’s much of a problem with a gal who is intelligent and self-confident wearing something slinky now and then. You can be dignified and rock a skimpy number at the same time. I’d say that behavior has a grater bearing on your dignity than fashions. If a woman will do anything to get attention, that is undignified. A gal could be wearing jeans and a sweatshirt and be displaying less dignity than a girl dressed like J Lo at an awards ceremony if she’s totally drunk, making out with strangers, letting people feel her up, and draping herself all over every man in sight while skimpy girl is standing around chatting with her friends. If you carry yourself well and walk away when someone treats you in a way that you don’t like, you’re dignified. If you let people treat you like crap, you aren’t. The problem with this
