Have Trouble Opening Attachments & File Extensions?
You get files over email from my different sources. Or maybe someone sends you a CD or a USB flash drive with data on it. Sharing documents can be easy, but opening them often is not. First you have to pick through a huge list of possible programs that can be used to open it, but even if you know which one to choose, the file associations may be jumbled. To make this process easier, you need a software program that will take care of all of this for you. It will take the guesswork out of the whole process. What it will do is scan your files and notify you which type they are and what program you should use to open them. And if the software cannot detect this for you, it will direct you to the program you need to download. The process starts when you download the product.
