Have to organise an afternoon out for work for team building thing?
As it’s team building you need to have lots of fun activities! What I recommend is getting everyone into teams (entirely dependant on how many of you there are) and set tasks around Birmingham. For example… 1) Each team has a list of things they need to find…i.e. a till receipt, a pink flower etc OR 2) Send them on a treasure hunt around Birmingham. Give each team a disposable camera and tell them they have to take pictures of themselves at each location which they must then get developed and return back at the meeting place at the agreed time. OR 3) Something activity-wise like raft-building…see who builds the best raft and then actually sail them on a lake…of course you need to provide materials for this i.e. barrels, logs, wood, rope. Whatever you decide to do it would be nice to finish the afternoon off with all teams meeting together, perhaps a buffet or a picnic where everyone can just relax and discuss the events!
