A. The OfficeReady templates have been thoroughly checked for viruses by the leading anti-virus software products. You can use these templates with confidence. The Office 2000 templates also include digital signatures to further represent this protection. When you make an initial attempt to load an OfficeReady file in Office 2000, you will be warned that the file contains macros. To enable applications from Canon Software Publishing as a trusted source, check the box titled “Always trust macros from this source”. This action lets you select the Enable Macros button.
