Yes, the field tests have been completed. Field tests were conducted in the six states and by the national partners that are developing the NWRC. Due to nationwide interest, additional field test sites were added in Los Angeles, CA; San Francisco, CA; Louisville, KY; Cleveland, OH; and Midland, TX.
