Have the HHG Mileage Guide Rules changed for Guide 18?
With this release, there is a change in the HHG rules from Mileage Guide 17. The rules commonly known as “traversal rules,” i.e. Rules 2, 3, and 4 will be removed from the mileage and routing logic. For users of the MileMaker® software, this change means that the mileages are determined from point-to-point without a recalculation to the basing point or points of the Key Point cities traversed along the route.
