Have non-government schools received any funding under the BER program??

Yes. The same programs with the same rules have been made available by the Commonwealth to non-government schools. There are separate allocations for the P21 and National School Pride (NSP) programs by the Commonwealth to the governing authorities for the non-government school sector. (In Victoria these authorities are the Catholic Education Office and the Association of Independent Schools Victoria). The Science and Language Centres is a national program for which all eligible secondary schools from all sectors could apply and compete for the available funding.
