Have Kwik-Build Panels been fire tested as assemblies?
Yes. In addition to being systems tested for surface burning characteristics, smoke development, room fire tests and hourly fire test ratings, Kwik-Build Panels have been tested as a wall system with gypsum wallboard thermal barrier for 15 minute, 1-hour, and 2-hour fire ratings. They have been certified by the California State Fire Marshal’s Office.
