A lot of people have OCD. And it is interesting to note, that many OCD people go on to have very great careers that require attention to detail. Usually you go to Cognitive Behavioral therapy and they will help you to deal with each issue, like the shadows, etc. The most important thing is that you stay positive about your therapy, and with a positive outlook, you will get better. SOmetimes they may recommend medication-that’s ok, cause sometimes it will be there so that you can deal with the tougher things in therapy, that way, if you get off meds, you will have already been given the tools to deal wit
