Have developers expressed an interest to put Apartments in the North Point Parkway and Webb Bridge Road area?
There has been a lot of interest in this location by developers who have approach WHI for high-density residential projects over that past two years. An application by AMLI to put 322 apartment units on 32.2 acres at the corner of North Point Parkway and Webb Bridge Road was denied. Their application estimated that the project would add 109 children to the school system that is already out of capacity.
