Have beef strips in marinade? What to have with them?
Here are a few things I might do: -Quick fry them in a pan and serve over baby spinach with a little bit of the (boiled and reduced) marinade as a dressing. You could add watercress, snap peas, broccoli bits, peppers, etc. to add more color and crunch. -Chop them finely and make lettuce wraps with butter lettuce leaves, wonton strips, thinly sliced carrots, and crushed peanuts. – Quick fry them (or grill) and serve over a bed of white rice with a side of veggies – If you can find it and afford asparagus now, cook the strips and wrap them around asparagus spears. Drizzle boiled and reduced marinade over them.
