Have any first-time mums had a successful External Cephalic Version?
I’ve not had it done myself, but I have heard that it works for some and not others, but being a first-time mom isn’t a certain failure. If it doesn’t work, try again. I read a recent study that said it’s best to keep trying. Turn baby early and as often as needed. Have you tried the Webster method with a chiropractor? That’s another option for you. I do have to say that if baby stays breech, you still have the option of birthing vaginally if baby is frank breech definitely, and some other breech presentations are also okay to attempt vaginal birth. Don’t resign yourself to an automatic cesarean if baby is breech. Babies sometimes turn in labor, even! So if your baby isn’t in a good breech position for vaginal delivery when your due date is closer, try to at least go into labor and ask for an ultrasound to show baby’s position before
