VA held public hearings associated with this project on February 19, 2009 and May 14, 2009 to notify the surrounding community of the EUL opportunities involving Building 55 and the approximately 16 acre vacant land parcel at the Lyons VAMC. For additional guidance, please see Section 4.2.3.9 (page 24) of the RFP for the Lyons VAMC, which details the community relations plan (Section 5b.) and is required for proposals submitted for the Lyons EUL development project.
