Call the booking agent and ask where the tickets are. Ask for a full explaination as to how to use these tickets. You should have received an e-mail or paper receipt or itinerary telling you the airline, date, time, flight number, maybe seat assignments, etc. This is not the ticket, though. At the airport, go to the front check in desk for the airline and check in your bags. Give the agent your ID and same credit card you used to purchase the tickets. The agent has it in their computer and will print out paper tickets for you to take to the gate. I always bring a paper copy of the order form, and have not yet needed to show it to them.
