Yes, We Care does have a plan. The largest consumers of ground water are 1. Public through the Municipalities and Corporations 2. Farmers 3. Industry The Municipalities and Corporations, probably exploit ground water the most. In some towns the municipalities pump ground water directly to the taps of the consumers, doing away with overhead storage tanks. Many house holds in poorer localities do not have taps resulting in complete water wastage.
