Hmmm try calling their sales team up and obtaining a number where they can sort out your problem, this is the sort of problems which customers face by getting lured by dealers, and the other solution can be pay a visit to your local trading standards if you think this was way unfair….you can also call up O2 customer service and obtain the dealer information from them and you have to be very soft with O2 when you ask for this information……hope this helps 😉
