(A) Market*Access reserves the right to cancel any unpaid reservations to provide a paying registrant with the seat. All registrants will be notified if they are in danger of losing their seat. If they are unable to process payment timely, they will be notified at least two weeks prior to the start date that they have lost their seat. Please note that we accept government purchase orders as “payment.
