For Counties that require the certificate of completion be mailed directly to the student. Standard U.S. Mail Delivery $FREE. Non CCS Counties Note: The free standard mail delivery of the certificate of completion can take anywhere from three to seven (3-7) mailing days with the average delivery time being about 5 days depending on your location. Note: Certificates of completion will be mailed from Colorado ( not California ) If you have completed the course with less than 10 mailing days prior to your certificate due date it is highly recommended that you opt for one of the express delivery options available to ensure you receive your certificate of completion with enough time to get the certificate to the proper court before the certificate due date passes.
