Has Xobnis Auto-Suggest disabled my Outlook Contacts auto-complete?

0

Xobni does not alter the Outlook Contacts auto-complete feature in any way. Outlook Contacts auto-complete feature is powered by a file with the extension .NK2, which is located in your Outlook data folder. Xobni does not touch this file to power our own AutoSuggest feature. There are some reasons why your Outlook auto-complete feature may not be working: 1. You’ve created a new Outlook profile. The .NK2 file does not automatically transfer to your new Outlook profile. You can follow these instructions to transfer the names. 2. Outlook’s auto-complete may not actually be enabled. Please check in the Tools menu > Options > Email Options > Advanced Email Options, and make sure that “Suggest names while completing to To, Cc, and Bcc fields’, is checked. 3. The .NK2 file may be corrupt. In this case, it’s best to delete the file and allow Outlook to recreate it. While we have received reports that Xobni has disabled Outlook’s auto-complete feature, we have not been able to find an instance
