Has USAID projected a desired time frame for each of the three major phases of the evaluation and analysis?
Ideally, the first phase of refining the strategic framework and identifying appropriate methodologies will take about six months. The second phase which is the field work should take about 12-16 months, and the last phase should take four to six months. Q: With regard to structuring country visits, will agendas and interviews (and logistical support and security where needed) be provided by USAID, or again, will those be responsibility of the project team, or a combination?
