Has Thurston County Family Court REALLY given the “GREEN LIGHT” to perjury?
If so, has this “Green Light” been extended to everyone? Or does this “Green Light” only extend to those willing to commit perjury in the persuit of life, liberty, and “child support with matching Federal Funds?” Of this, we cannot be certain. What we can be certain of, however, is that the Thurston County Prosecutor’s Office, specifically Ed Holm, was made aware of this on more than one occasion. Unfortunately, in this specific instance and to our knowledge, no efforts have moved forward to address, or even less-to acknowledge, this tragedy. Surprised? Not really; it was Ed Holm’s office that received a complaints about Ms. Megan Rose (then Carter) regarding child abuse/neglect in 2007/2008 and responded with [we have spoken to the mother via telephone and she has assured us that she is not abusive; …we have destroyed the evidence].
