Yes, and the tests are negative for Radon. We do not suspect any radon on site and are not required to test within our building codes. However, we understand that some lenders and finance companies require testing for mortgage loans. Therefore, we can test, and do test in a random sampling of units. Should you need your unit tested, please let us know and we will take care of it. We want everyone here to have the peace of mind in regards to this issue.
