Has there been a decision by the State of Wisconsin on whether Manitowoc County will be awarded CDBG-EAP grant money to assist those who experienced flood damage in June 2008?

The actions required by the county to apply for this grant were taken and submitted to the DOA prior to the end of December 2008. To date, we have not been given formal approval to proceed in identifying eligible candidates.
