Has the water filter included a technology of a solid carbon block filter?
All filters we produce contain at least one solid carbon block filter which processes 1.0 micron or better. We don’t sell water filtration systems which include only GAC (granular activated carbon) without adding solid carbon block systems. The reason of this is in porous contents of GAC filter which leads to “channeling” and as a conclusion filtering process leads to losing useful features. The granular contents of GAC can also let contaminants pass through and lead to additional growth of bacteria.
