Unicode 2.1 has just been released but the new characters for mathematics have to been included yet. The process of gaining recognition from the Unicode Technical Committee and the related body overseeing the Universal Character Set ISO 10646 is a long drawn out one. It is underway; more encouraging information will be provided as it becomes available.
