Has the U.N. finally called North Koreas bluff?
North Korea’s way of operating hasn’t changed in quite some time. They make threats in an effort to scare the U.N. into preventing their asphyxiating nation from completely suffocating. In exchange for keeping its army fit and nuclear program running, the DPRNK receives food and energy aid. In testing a nuke and not-too-subtly threatening to use it if the U.N. interferes, has the DPRNK gone too far? This strategy has paid off and kept North Korea at the top of every nation’s “countries to appease” list.
