Has the recent economic stimulus package signed by the president begun to solve the depression the USA?
No. And it never will. Because any money the government spends, it must first tax from the economy. So it has to take it out before injecting back in complete with government inefficiencies and waste. Or it can borrow the money which it must tax out of the economy later, with interest. Or it can print money with no value and devalue the money everyone has, leading to higher prices and hurting individuals with fixed incomes, not to mention reducing the credibility of our money stability. Our current president has done all 3 things WRONG and just doesn’t “get it” as to why the economy still stinks.
