Has the Pope accomplished anything in his trip to the “Holy Land”?

It is a PR trip, and I’m not saying that totally in a bad way. He made some comments that made Muslims mad a few years ago, and may have made some Jewish people upset since he was in the Hitler Youth (something I don’t think, I could be wrong, but don’t think German kids had a lot of say about during those years) He has to be sure the two groups know he is open minded and not against either group, and wants peace. If for no other reason, than thousands of Christian pilgrims and tourists visit the Holy Land, Catholics, Protestants, Orthodox, etc. and the Pope, while not a leader of any group but Roman Catholics; is probably the most visible and well known Christian leader in the world, especially in the Mid East.
