The new customer information and billing system has been successfully installed at WMECO. Earlier this year, Northeast Utilities successfully installed this new system at Yankee Gas in Connecticut and PSNH in New Hampshire. In October, it was also be installed at our other NU sister company, CL&P in Connecticut.
