Yes! Cotton, Shires and Associates have been retained to do the geotechnical and design work. They were the experts hired by David Casselman in the Alexander lawsuit and are therefore very familiar with the forces that created the hill’s slide and are experts in slide repair design. Their offices are located in Los Gatos, but they do work all over this state and in other states. CSA has in turn hired two well known experts in this field to pier review and consult of the project’s design. Attorney Michael Pfau’s specialty is incorporating tax exempt, non-profits. He was retained by the Foundation and prepared the necessary By-Laws and Articles of Incorporation to create the Landslide Repair Foundation, Inc.
