– added 1/29/1999 A: On January 27, 1999, the Gospel Music Association announced the nominees for this year’s 30th Annual Dove Awards. Rich received (or was involved in) nominations in five total categories, including Song of the Year, Songwriter of the Year, Hard Music Recorded Song of the Year, Pop/Contemporary Album of the Year, and Recorded Music Packaging of the Year. (see [RichMailList 231]) The Dove Awards will be held at the Nashville Arena on Wednesday, March 24 at 8 p.m. (CST), and be delayed-broadcast on dates thru April 12th.
