Thank you very much. The issue of deregulation did not begin today. As far as we are concerned the system we operate is deregulated and the control mechanism as you can see in the system as at today is more of the creation of the agitation from the labour unions. If not, the law before us is purely about a deregulated structure as it is supposed to be operated by the Petroleum Product Pricing Regulatory Agency (PPPRA).The fear is that when the petroleum sector is fully deregulated we will have high increase of the pump price of the products, whereas the income of the common man is low.
