Yes. The Division of Oil and Public Safety (OPS) of the Colorado Department of Labor and Employment (CLDE) has adopted new storage tank regulations (7CCR 1101-14) effective February 1, 1999 that apply to all releases occurring on or after that date. These regulations incorporate risk-based corrective action (RBCA).
