No, the deadline has not been extended for members of the SHBP included in Phase I of the Dependent Eligibility Verification Audit. Since Rutgers University employees were included in Phase 1 of the DEVA audit, the current deadline of February 1, 2010 and the appeal procedure remain in effect. The state is beginning Phase 2 of the Dependent Eligibility Verification Audit for Local Employers (i.e. Townships). The DEVA audit dates and deadlines for the Local Employers in Phase 2 do not apply to Rutgers employees. 17.
