GSA’s Open Webpage has been designed, created and staged and meets each instruction as set forth in the Directive. GSA is on-target to launch by February 6th. 4. Public Consultation. The Directive requires agencies to conduct “extensive public and employee engagement “in developing, reviewing, and updating its Open Government Plan.
