No. Since I have worked for British Airways, I have always been encouraged to go for what I wanted to do. They are always supporting the development of their staff. They are a company that promote diversity and I have really enjoyed my time with them. Have there been any role models in Tehreems life? My main role models are my parents because they came to England with very little and they have brought up four children. They encouraged us to have an education and instilled in us core values that I am really proud of. What gives Tehreem the most satisfaction in her job? I enjoy the contact with people that I have both internally and externally at British Airways. I enjoy being a role model for British Airways because and representing them at events.
