Has Skillet totally forsaken their electronica sound for good?
John: You know what? I have no idea, actually. I never really know where it’s going to take us. And I never would’ve thought it would’ve taken us all the places that it has — just playing music and writing and evolving — I never would’ve thought all those changes would have happened. In the moment they felt right. So I can’t really say “for good,” but I love the new sound on the new record. I think it’s our best sound, our most marketable sound for sure.
