According to a source, producers on “Vicky Cristina Barcelona”, Johansson’’s latest Allen flick, have been grumbling about the actress inflated ego. “Scarlett isn”t the same . . .She’’s turned into the biggest prima donna, the New York Post quoted the producers as saying.
