Piezo Kinetics began analysis of the company’s Year 2000 compliance in 1998, and will continue to monitor Y2K issues throughout the Millennium transition. Based on preliminary review of our products, Systems and facilities, we feel confident that Piezo Kinetics can continue to provide high quality products and customer service. without interruption due to internal Year 2000-related problems. No product sold by Piezo Kinetics is subject to Y2K-related problems. To the best of our knowledge and belief, all of PKI’s production equipment, facilities systems, computer hardware and software, accounting systems, and sales/customer service systems will perform their essential functions successfully during the Millennium transition.
